To enable shipping to service points, please open the Sendcloud portal and navigate to Account https://app.sendcloud.com/v2/settings/account and click on Integrations in the menu on the right. On the Integrations page, look for your Business Central integration and click on Edit.
On the Integration page, make sure to enable Service Points and the carriers you wish to enable.
Click on Save to Save your changes.
Selecting a service point
To select a service point on a Sendcloud shipment, please use the Select Service Point action or change the Ship-to Type to Service Point.
The app will open a selection page with all possible service points within the configured maximum radius (Sendcloud setup card) from the ship-to address for the current shipment.
After selecting a service point, the Sendcloud shipment will be updated with the selected carrier and service. Including the shipping cost.
