The role

 As a Technical Consultant, you are the technical point of contact within both projects and support.

You help customers with technical questions, support the helpdesk with more complex issues, and take part in implementation and optimization projects. You work closely with functional consultants, developers, and partners to technically deliver projects successfully.

You also contribute to the development of our products, as new technical challenges continuously arise there as well.

What you will do

Primary responsibilities

  • Provide technical support during integration and implementation projects (ecommerce & logistics)
  • Handle technical setup, validation, and support throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Work together with the functional consultant to ensure projects are delivered successfully and reliably
  • Act as the technical point of contact for customers and colleagues
  • Support technical questions, incidents, and more complex support cases
  • Analyze, reproduce, and resolve bugs and technical issues

Optional (depending on experience and interest)

  • Carry out smaller development or customization projects
  • Contribute ideas for technical improvements to our products
  • Support developers with analysis and technical decision-making

What you bring

  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Knowledge of integrations, web services, APIs, JSON, and Postman
  • Experience with or strong interest in ecommerce integrations
  • Strong analytical skills: you approach technical problems in a structured way
  • Good communication skills with customers and colleagues
  • Comfortable working in both ad-hoc support and project-based environments

Nice to have

  • Experience with AL development within Business Central
  • Experience at an ISV, VAR, or ecommerce agency
  • Affinity with Magento / Hyvä / Adobe Commerce
