Improvements

• OnBeforeCreateParcel events are now obsolete and replaced by OnBeforeCreateParcel_V2 which carries an extra parameter, so that you can completely initialize a parcel with custom code.
• Adding lines and items to parcels is now done before firing the OnAfterCreateParcel event.
• When posting the field Calculated Weight will be used when someone accidentally has set the Actual Weight to 0.
• Public Key field length extended to support Sendclouds new public key format.
• The setup table is now public so that custom apps can read the posting settings.
