Integrating an existing Magento multi-store system with a new Business Central and integrating Sendcloud at the same time.
A robust and scalable ecommerce solution
Brandunit was looking for a reliable and fast solution to support their growing ecommerce needs. They already had a set of Magento stores running, so they could use that existing environment which had crucial elements in place, such as products, attributes, categories, and customer data.
The integration with Business Central had to be quick and easy. Brandunit wanted:
• Smooth data import: Migrating existing data from Magento to BC without manual entry.
• Stability and speed: A fast and consistent system without performance issues.
• Flexibility in stock updates: A faster way to update inventory separately from other data.
• Efficient support and guidance: Direct assistance to ensure a quick implementation.
• Easy setup and configuration: An out-of-the-box integration where they could do most of the work themselves to reduce costs.
The solution: Commerce 365 for Magento
Brandunit decided to implement Commerce 365 for Magento by NVision to connect their Magento store to Business Central. Having worked with NVision’s consultant Tys before, they knew they could rely on the expertise and practical guidance he provided.
Thanks to Commerce 365’s out-of-the-box integration, the project moved fast. Brandunit had their B2C store live within just seven days, followed shortly only a few days later by the B2B webshop. A week later, the German webshop was also ready to go.

Overcoming challenges with ease
Brandunit had experienced complicated integrations with other software solutions in the past, often dealing with performance issues and bugs. However, with Commerce 365 for Magento, the whole process was very straightforward.
There were no major challenges during implementation. Brandunit’s team followed Magento logic, and the integration just worked. For example, B2C and B2B pricing and customer data synchronization were handled perfectly.
One notable feature was the automatic customer invitation, where new customers are immediately invited once they are registered in the system. This proactive approach reduces manual effort and streamlines customer management.
A comparison to other integrations
Brandunit hadn’t considered other solutions before choosing Commerce 365 for Magento.
“Tinx-IT was something our previous partner worked with. I was not enthusiastic about that integration. Besides that, I know the Blue Elevation connector. It works well, but doesn’t have that many functionalities. And they’re not really strong in the Business Central part.
